Talk to the hospital, not a form.

If something is genuinely urgent, please call (512) 268-5003 instead of writing to us. Our team can tell you in a minute whether your pet needs to be seen today, and a form simply cannot do that as fast. If it happens after we close, we partner with VetTriage: their veterinarians are on standby 24 hours a day, and for a small fee you are connected on a live video call. They triage your animal, give you at-home guidance, and if emergency care is needed they coordinate the visit with the nearest emergency hospital.
