How you can pay us.
We accept credit cards and cash, and we work with two financing partners for care that costs more than a routine visit. We do not publish prices for our services here, costs depend on your pet and what is actually going on, and our front desk can walk you through an estimate before anything is scheduled.
Credit cards and cash
The two simplest ways to pay us, and the ones most clients use for a routine visit. No paperwork, no application, settled at the front desk when you check out.
CareCredit
CareCredit is a health and pet care credit card built for exactly this kind of expense. It offers flexible financing on purchases of $200 or more, and you can apply for an instant credit decision. Prequalifying does not affect your credit score, and once you have it, the card is reusable for future visits while credit is available. Subject to credit approval by CareCredit.
Scratchpay
Scratchpay is not a credit card. It is a straightforward payment plan with no deferred interest and no surprise fees, and most families get a decision instantly. If a larger bill would be easier spread over a few payments than paid all at once, this is the option built for that.
Pet insurance
We are not able to file claims on your behalf, but we are happy to provide detailed invoices and medical records to assist you with reimbursement through your insurance provider. If you already carry a policy, ask our front desk for whatever documentation your insurer needs and we will put it together.

New clients get $25 off their first exam with us. Mention it when you call to book, or bring it up at check-in.
Fur-iends 25/25 referral program
Refer a friend, and you both get $25 toward future services once they become a client. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer.
